This Privacy Notice was last reviewed in April 2023.
I may request personal data such as name, date of birth, phone number, address and email address for the purposes of making and maintaining contact with you.
Throughout Coaching, sensitive personal information may be disclosed by you, and this may form part of your notes documenting our sessions together.
Everything you say is kept strictly confidential. Your handwritten will be identified by Client Number only. Your name will be stored securely in a password protected file. Your data will not be NOT shared with anyone, apart from in the following exceptional circumstances:
If it is necessary to protect your vital interests (threat of harm to self) or the vital interests of others (threat of harm to others)
If it is necessary in relation to legal proceedings
If it is necessary for administering justice
If it is necessary for medical purposes and is undertaken by a health professional or someone who is subject to an equivalent duty of confidentiality
All data will be stored securely during our time together and will be deleted/destroyed immediately upon termination of the coaching agreement.
In the unlikely event of a breach, I will notify parties (and the Information Commissioners’ Office) within 72 hours.
I ask that you do not share my information on any social media platforms, and I shall reciprocate and will not share any information about you on any social media platforms.
By entering into a therapeutic relationship with me you consent to me keeping your data in accordance with the above.
