Life can be messy and confusing, and sometimes we need a space where we can slow down, feel safe and begin to make sense of what has happened to us and how we are right now. Having someone who listens and meets us where we are with compassion can make a real difference. I believe that when we are genuinely seen and accepted we can explore our experiences, better understand ourselves and begin to find a way forward in life.

I believe that talking can be a powerful way to make sense of our experiences and work through difficulties. Sometimes, words aren’t quite enough to express how we feel or explore what is going on beneath the surface. Alongside talking, I incorporate creative approaches into my practice such as art, music and sand tray work. These can offer different ways to explore thoughts, feelings and experiences, particularly when they feel difficult to put into words.

I am an integrative counsellor, which means I use a range of therapeutic approaches to suit each client. I believe that counselling is a collaborative process, where we can work together to explore what has brought you, what you would like to work towards and what feels right for you. My aim is to offer a space where you can feel heard and supported as you explore your experiences at your own pace.

As an integrative counsellor, I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where we can explore what’s happening for you at your own pace, with your needs and goals at the heart of our work. I work with adults and young people aged 12+, supporting people through experiences such as bereavement, life transitions, relationship breakdowns, anxiety and depression. I tailor my approach to you, drawing on different therapeutic approaches and, where helpful, creative methods such as art, music and sand tray work to explore feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
