Gestalt & Humanistic Counselling

I greatly enjoy working as a counsellor; with whatever issues you choose to bring. I will do this non-judgementally and be alongside you throughout the process. I am happy to listen, talk, play, work with art resources, objects, or games, to enable you to express yourself and voice your needs. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship is a great basis for exploring issues, building confidence, self-awareness and help you feel able to live life more fully.

For 7–16 year olds, I offer a free initial phone call assessment with the parent or guardian prior to starting sessions. I tend to prefer to work with children and young people on their own but can be initially flexible around this (where there may be separation difficulties).

For adult clients, I am happy to offer a £30 introductory session so you can make an informed choice about whether you would like to work with me.
