Fiona Hepworth

I can help with anxiety, phobias, teenage mental health, managing stress, lack of self worth, eating, trauma.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is 'non judgemental' between therapist and client, focusing on the changes that are most important to you.

We will not be focusing on the problem, instead on your best hopes, your preferred future, using your own strengths and resources.

You are the expert in your life. This is done at your own pace, manageable for you.

We will work together, building a constructive and positive future for you, a strong foundation for you to carry on with.

We will help you find self-love and self-worth within.

We will make new neural pathways to obtain a new way of thinking.  Your brain is neuroplasticity, it is changing all the time
